I have been gone, for soooo long, but now I am back, sort of.

Yeah university eh! Time consuming or what? I've been awful at keeping up with faves & comments & notes here, I'm sorry, I just haven't had the time to put in ;_;
Apart from that, I've not done a massive amount of work that's worth anyone on dA seeing, until sort of recently anyway. Has been a long & eventful year (it's almost a full year since I wrote my last journal! That's shocking!!), I'm sure as much for you guys as for me.

I'm enjoying living in Cornwall a lot, liking having the beach just down the road & going to class in a campus full of palm trees, enjoying the classes & the parties & the massive amount of fancy dress I've been doing It's weird having to travel 6 hours up the country to get back to 'old home' in London, but it's nice to know there is an England outside the capital, since before I moved I never really wanted to see the rest of the motherland
Work-wise, well I only have uni work I'm afraid, but summer is just around the corner & I'm hoping that'll mean I can rekindle some old projects & start up some new ones. I've just finished having a book I illustrated & made exhibited in the ol' home town alongside the books of my classmates, which was amazing, & which I'll be posting here for you to see very soon! It's not the best thing I've ever done, sadly, but I'm proud of how much I learnt during the project. For my current project I'm hoping to put together a short-ish graphic novel, so noone get your hopes too high but that'd be nice if I can pull it off eh?! I'll do my best to put the decent prep work I do for this project up here, cos y'know, it's nice to be active rather than just taking up dA server space for nothing

So what've you guys been up to? I've missed everyone! I feel bad for scaring people away with the sudden drop in frequency & quality of my submissions here
